Weyco Group, Inc.. The Group's principal activities are to manufacture, purchase and distribute men's footwear. The principal brands of shoes sold are Nunn Bush, Nunn Bush NXXT, Brass Boot, Stacy Adams and SAO by Stacy Adams. The Group operates in two segments namely wholesale and retail. In the wholesale division, shoes are marketed nationwide through more than 10,000 shoe, clothing and department stores. In the retail division, there are currently 32 retail stores in the United States and three retail stores in major cities in Europe. The Group operates throughout United States. The Group's business consists of Florsheim's European wholesale business, as well as three retail stores in Germany, Italy and France.
