Lenco Holdings Limited's business consists of the holding of investments in various companies comprising manufacturers of ladies' footwear, blowmoulding machinery and cross linked foam. Footwear & Foam Products accounted for 52% of fiscal 1998 revenues and housewares, 48%. In September 2000, the group disposed of Hendler & Hart. Lenco holdings has disposed of it's interests in clothing and packaging operations. Lenco's holding company is Lenco Investment Holdings Ltd, which holds 49.79% of the company's issued share capital as at 31st March 1998.
