AAH Holdings plc is a specialist distribution and environmental services group. The group is structured into four divisions. The healthcare services division conducts pharmaceutical wholesaling, contract distribution, retail pharmacy and computer systems services. The distribution services division provides warehousing and local goods distribution services throughout the United Kingdom through its 14 warehouses and its fleet of 500 vehicles. The builders supplies division conducts builders merchanting and brick manufacturing activities. The environmental services division provides waste and landscape management services. The company conducts the majority of its operations within the United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland and Europe. Healthcare services accounted for 83% of fiscal 1994 revenues; distribution services, 6%; builders supplies, 6% and enviromental services, 5%.
