Company Description
Cobra SA manufactures and distributes various types of watch straps, belts, handbags, purses, other leather goods and components. The group's exports are to European and Asiatic countries. The company has four subsidiaries : Filao Ltd (Mauritius), Frivolux (France), Cobra (Hong-kong)and Scob SA (France). It sold its German subsidiary, Cobra Uhrarmbander GmBH, in April 1998. Due to its very bad results, Cobra had to fill in a bankrupcy petition in December 1998 but it has been allowed an observation period until December 1999.
