Commodore Holdings Limited. Commodore Holdings Limited owns and operates five cruise ships through the subsidiaries. The five cruise ships include the S/S Enchanted Isle, the S/S Universe Explorer, the M/V Enchanted Sun, the M/V Enchanted Capri and the M/V Crown Dynasty. The company operates under two brands, Commodore Cruise Line and Crown Cruise Line. The revenues are primarily from the sale of passenger tickets, which include accomodations, meals and substantially all shipboard activities and the sale of goods and services on board the Cruise ships. In September 1999, the company entered into a joint venture agreement with Promociones Turisticas de Rosarito S.A. de C.V. and the Viejas Band of Kumeyaay Indians to operate daily gaming cruises to Rosarito, Mexico on board the Enchanted Sun.
