Nagoya Railroad Co Ltd. The Group's principal activities are to operate local railway and bus services in Nagoya area. The operations are carried through the following divisions: Transportation, Real estate, Leisure, Distribution/retail and Other. Transportation services include train, bus, ship and taxi transport services. Real estate division deals with allotment sale and leasing of properties. Leisure division deals with hotels, restaurants, sight-seeing and travel agencies operations. Distribution/retail division is engaged in department stores, petroleum products sales and commodity sales. Other operations consist of up keeping and maintenance of equipment/vehicles, construction and data processing. Transportation accounted for 43% of fiscal 2006 revenues; distribution/retail, 30%; leisure, 11%; real estate, 9% and other, 7%
