Arndt AG. The Company's principal activity is the rental and leasing of all sorts of vehicles both on short and long term basis. Its fleet consists of cars, cabriolets, fun cars, commercial vehicles, vans, refrigerated vehicles, tipper trucks, tow vehicles, ambulance vehicles, vehicles for handicapped drivers, taxies and driving school cars. The Company is also involved in car sales, driver services, holiday car rental and research and development. Its customers are private consumers as well as medium-sized companies. Vehicle rental and leasing accounted for 50% of 2001 revenues; Vehicle sales, 48% and other, 2%.
