The Group specializes in holding and managing offices, shops, business premises, housing, hotels, hospitals and car parks. Under offices, the Group specializes in management of service sector assets. As on 31 Dec 2005, 80% of the Group's office premises were leased out to France Telecom and EDF. Under Housing, the Group develops collective or individual housing units, town centers and suburban. In 2006, the Group managed 47,800 units of housing lots. The Group also specializes in long-term ownership of diverse property assets for providing medical accommodations and leisure properties. The Group owns around 199 hotels, 55 retirement homes and 69 restaurants. The Group is also involved in building, financing and running public car parks. The Group owns 4,583 parking spaces in seven car parks. In 2005, the Group acquired Addvim. In 2006, the Group merged with Bail Investment Fonciere.
