Shangri-La Asia Limited. The Group's principal activities are ownership, operation and management of hotels. Other activities include real estate development and operation, golf club ownership and operation, property investment and office management, provision of hotel consultancy and reservation services, licensing use of intellectual property rights and investment holding. The Group are registered proprietors of various trademarks and service marks in various countries including the brand names Shangri-La, Traders, Rasa, Summer Palace and Shang Palace. Operations are carried out in Hong Kong, the British Virgin Islands, the People's Republic of China, the Philippines, Fiji, Singapore, Malaysia, Myanmar, Thailand, Cook Islands and the Netherlands.
