ILX Resorts Incorporated. The Group's principal activity is to acquire, develop, and operate timeshare resorts in the western United States. These resorts are marketed by the Group as vacation ownership resorts and marketing and selling vacation ownership interests in the timeshare resorts. It also provides unused and unsold inventory of units for rent and provides food, beverages and other services at the resorts. As of 31-Dec-2005, it operated ten resorts consisting of 601 units and held 8,255.5 unsold Vacation Ownership Interests in those resorts, inclusive of unsold interests in Premiere Vacation Club. The Group's current portfolio of resorts consists of eight resorts in Arizona, one in Indiana, one in Colorado, one in San Carlos, Mexico and land in the early development stages in Puerto Penasco, Mexico and Sedona, Arizona.
