The Group provides full service brokerage and assists its customers with money management strategies and trading disciplines. The Group's revenues consist primarily of brokerage commissions that are generated through customer trades. On 12-Sep-2002, it completed a reverse acquisition with Strategic Futures and Options Inc. Prior to the acquisition, the Group designed, manufactured and marketed telecommunications and call accounting products.
