Travelocity.com Incorporated. The principal activity of the Group is to provide online travel services which includes travel reservations, destination information, booking and purchase capability for airlines. The services also include booking of car rental, hotel Companies, cruises and vacation packages. The Group provides reservations for most of the airlines tickets sold, about 50,000 hotels, 50 car rental companies and about eight cruise packages. During the year 2001, the Group acquired all of the equity of Air Tickets Direct Limited and WhereTo Travel Services Pty Ltd.
