Boston Acoustics, Inc.. The Group's principal activity is to manufacture and market audio systems. The products are for use in home audio and video entertainment systems, automotive audio systems and in multimedia computer environments. They include the Designer collection of speaker systems, the Home loudspeaker line consists of four bookshelf models and the Automotive series consisting of 43 models of after-market automotive speakers. The speakers are marketed through audio specialist retailers in the United States and Canada and through exclusive distributors in 50 countries in Europe, Asia/Pacific and South/Central America. The Group's multimedia speakers are also sold to Gateway Inc a direct marketer of PC products for desktop applications. Components are purchased from suppliers located in the United States, Canada, Europe, and the Far East. Core accounted for 89% of 2005 revenues & Original Equipment Manufacturers & Multimedia, 11%
