Crown Leisure PLC is a group of companies involved in the distribution & rental of amusement machines mainly in the United Kingdom. The company became listed on the London Stock Exchange on 19 December 1996. In 1997 the new funds were used to make strategic acquisitions to increase both distribution & rental sales and in addition the company invested in an external lottery manager (Inter Lotto (UK) Limited). Distribution of amusement machines accounted for 56% of fiscal 1998 revenues; rental of amusement machines, 43% and granting of instalment credit, 1%.
