Bestway, Inc.. The Group's principal activity is to rent durable household goods, electronics, appliances and jewelry to customers on a week-to-week or month-to-month basis. The Group rents a variety of brands, styles and models of television sets, DVD players, video cassette recorders, washers and dryers, refrigerators and freezers, furniture and jewelry. The products and services are marketed through prominent store locations in retail shopping areas on main traffic thoroughfares near customers' residences or job locations. The Group owns and operates a total of 69 stores located in the states of Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee. The activities of the Group are carried out through its wholly-owned subsidiaries, Bestway Rental, Inc., Westdale Data Service, Inc. and U.S. Credit-Service Corporation.
