Bosch-Siemens Hausgeraete GmbH (BSHG) is a leading European manufacturer of consumer household electrical appliances. Products include refrigerators, dish-washing machines, consumer electronic equipment, air and water heating equipment, electric stoves, microwaves and vacuum cleaners. BSGH sells its domestic appliances under the brand names Siemens, Bosch, Constructa and Neff. The company has production facilities in Germany, Spain, Greece and Slovania, as well as European distribution subsidiaries. In 1993 BSHG acquired production facilities from the Gorenje Group in Slovania for the manufacture of smaller household appliances.
