Snap2 Corp. The Group's principal activities are to develop and provide software product and service for passenger aircraft and interactive set-top boxes for interactive television. The Group also develops Airsoft Travel Kit software product, which includes destination information, language training, games and airline information for in-flight entertainment systems. The Group licenses and installs the Airsoft Travel Kit Games on international and domestic airlines. In addition, the Group provides set-top box manufacturers with professional software design, programming and graphic design services, research and development strategies to productize the intellectual property assets. It contracts with interactive television suppliers to support promotional efforts of their related products. Consulting fees accounted for 84% of fiscal 2002 revenues; Software license fees 12% and Software maintenance and other 4%.
