The Group operates in three segments. Direct Selling segment includes fragranced and non-fragranced candles, bath products and a broad range of related accessories. Wholesale Segment includes candles and other home fragrance products, candle-related accessories, seasonal decorations, and home decor products. Catalog & Internet Segment includes designs, markets and distributes a wide range of household convenience items, personalized gifts, coffee and tea, and photo storage products. The Group operates in the United States, Canada and Europe, with additional activity in Mexico, Australia and the Far East. In Fiscal 2007, the Group sold European Wholesale businesses.
