Gabriel Holding AS. The Group's principal activities are to develop, manufacture and market furniture fabrics and related textile products. The Group operates through three divisions: Gabriel Contract, Gabriel Home and Gabriel Transport. Gabriel Contract division manufactures fabrics designed for offices, conference facilities, hospitals, care institutions, hotels, restaurants, theatres, concert halls, cinemas, airports and educational institutions. Gabriel Home division develops and markets furnishing fabrics designed for the home market. Gabriel Transport division manufactures and markets furnishing fabrics designed for trains, aircrafts, ships, buses and cars. Gabriel contract accounted for 78% of fiscal 2006 revenues; Gabriel home, 18% and Gabriel transport, 4%
