The Group imports all of its safety and other products from foreign manufacturers. The Group markets smoke alarms under the trade names USI Electric and UNIVERSAL all of which are manufactured by the Hong Kong Joint Venture. The Group also markets a line of electronically advanced outdoor floodlights under the name Lite Aide(TM), carbon monoxide alarms, door chimes and ground fault circuit interrupters units.
