Value Holdings, Inc.. The Company and its subsidiaries are in the business of wholesale distribution, selling lumber and building materials to construction and industrial companies in Canada, United States and Mexico. The company also receives licensing fees from the operations of restaurants. The Company through it's subsidiary Network Forests manufactures lumber by cutting mill dimensions into smaller pieces of high grade value. It also remanufactures and distributes lumber, which involves handling, storage, sorting and shipping of lumber and building materials to construction and industrial users in Canada and United States. The Company disposed it's license agreement in 2000. The company acquired Harron Home Hardware and Building Supplies, 879137 Ontario Limited, Cutler Forest Products and Seabright Wood Fabricators Limited in 2000.
