Hunter Douglas NV. The Group's principal activity is the manufacture of window coverings and architectural products. The Group operates through three divisions: Window Coverings, Architectural Products and Other. Window covering include inside and outside venetian blinds, vertical blinds, shades, custom draperies and fabric accessories, vanes and components for vertical blinds, aluminum shutters and a e-marketplace for decorative fabrics. Architectural products include panels, linear, tile, cell and plank ceilings. The Group's other activities are international trade in aluminum and the production and distribution of precision machinery. During the year 2002, the Group acquired Bytheway's Sacramento and Eclipse and Haglund, Iberica, Silga and Thomas Sanderson Blinds in 2003.
