SCP Pool Corporation. The Group's principal activity is the distribution of network & swimming pool supplies and related equipment. The Group offers more than 60,000 national brand and private label products. The products offered by the Group include chemical and replacement parts, packaged pools, cleaners, filters, heaters, pumps and lights. SCP network consists of 132 service centers. At 31-Dec-2002, the Group operated 187 service centers in North America and Europe. The customers of the Group include swimming pool remodelers and builders, retail swimming pool stores and swimming pool repair and service companies. The Group acquired 8 service centers in the acquisition of the assets of Fort Wayne Pools Inc in 2002. On 06-May-2003, the Group acquired Les Industries R.P. Inc.
