WMF Wurttembergische Metallwarenfabrik Aktiengesellschaft(WMF). The Group's principal activity is the production, manufacture and distribution of cutlery and cooking utensils. The Group's activities are carried out through two divisions: Consumer Goods and Institutional Products. The Consumer Goods division produces and distributes household and gift articles for the end user. The product line of the division includes table cutlery, table and giftware, cookware and pressure cookers, kitchen and serving ware, kitchen tools, glass and crystal and chinaware. The Institutional Products division develops, produces and distributes products for restaurants and communal catering. The product line of the division includes table cutlery, table and serving ware, heavy-duty cookware, kitchenware and kitchen tools, serving and service trolleys, coffee machines, electronic beverage control systems and promotional gifts for industry and commerce. Consumer goods accounted for 65% of 2005 revenues and Institutional products, 35%
