The company consolidates 3 subsidiaries; Airfeu Sodimat, Les Applications du Tube ets Jacques Verleure & Master Modul Pooth (Germany). Industrial seating is sold under the brand name BAO. Sales are concentrated towards the French market. Towards the end of 1997 the German based Airfeu SA located in Emmerich ceased all operating activities. In 1998 the company acquired PPC (Profiles Plastiques du Centre) and Atal SA.
