During 2000 the Company transferred its operation activities into a subsidiary, Tagger Koch GmbH. In 20001 the Company sold off the pet foods and horse feed businesses. From 2001 the Company intends to concentrate on advising pre-ipo companies and additionally trading in foods and consumer goods.
