Company Description
Agway Inc.. The Group's principal activities are to manufacture, process and distribute agricultural feed and agronomic products. The Group also provides services for its farmer members and other customers. The Group repackages and markets produce and processes and markets sunflower seeds. Through its subsidiaries, the Group distributes petroleum products, installs and services heating, ventilation and air-conditioning equipment, lease financing, the underwriting and sale of certain types of property and casualty insurance and sale of health insurance.
