Danskin, Inc.. The Group's principal activity is to design, manufacture and market women's activewear, dancewear and legwear. The Company operates through two divisions namely, Danskin and Pennaco. Danskin division designs, manufactures and markets dancewear, bodywear, tights and exercise apparel. Pennaco division designs, manufactures and markets hosiery products. Danskin division operates in 32 retail outlet stores and two full-priced stores in 18 different states. Pennaco division supplies women's hosiery and legwear to departmental and apparel specialty stores. Pennaco hosiery is known for its quality, fit and innovation. The Group's products are sold under Danskin and Round-the-clock brand names. The Group offers its products to consumers at varying prices through its various channels of distribution.
