The principal marketed products are the Bowflex line of home fitness equipment and Nautilus Sleep Systems. The Company's two operating segments are direct business, through which consumer products are directly marketed through direct marketing channels and the commercial and retail products which includes commercial and retail fitness equipment and accessories. Direct products accounted for 88% of 2000 revenues and commercial and retail products, 12%.
