Obviously, the main goal of city and state chambers of commerce in Michigan is to promote business. However, many of the MI chamber of commerce chapters go beyond that in offering great values and discounts to their members. Some of the incentives offered by city chambers of commerce in Michigan include:
1. Discounts from member businesses within the local and regional chamber of commerce chapters in Michigan.
2. Networking events to help you connect your business with other businesses, both locally and regionally.

Join the Michigan Chamber of Commerce or one of the many regional chambers of commerce
The MI Chamber of Commerce concentrates its efforts on lobbying for laws favorable to business. It also coordinates the regional and local chambers of commerce.
I recommend: The Michigan Chamber of Commerce is a statewide organization that serves as an umbrella organization for all chamber of commerce chapters in Michigan. There are many regional chambers of commerce to join. For instance, there's the Mason Regional Chamber of Commerce. Another example of a regional chamber of commerce in Michigan is the Marquette Chamber of Commerce. It serves the largest city in Michigan's Upper Peninsula and surrounding areas.

The Holland, Michigan Chamber of Commerce offers five levels of membership so you can customize a plan that’s best for your business. The Keweenaw Chamber of Commerce actively promotes tourism in the Upper Peninsula region, and provides services for chamber of commerce members.
