ALC Communications Corporation, through its wholly owned subsidiary, Allnet Communications Services, Inc, is a nationwide provider of long distance telephone primarily to commerical and, to a lesser extent, residential subscribers from sixteen digital switching centers throughout the United States. The Company operates from fifty sales locations across the country and serves approximately 263,000 customers nationwide. In addition to outbound long distance service, the Company offers 800 inbound service, travel service, international service and a complete line of value-added services including voice mail, teleconferencing, message delivery, broadcast facimile and numerous information and audio text services.
