The Group's principal activity is to provide enhanced telecommunications and information services through its four segments: enhanced telecommunication services, network services, customer care and retail services. Enhanced services include domestic internet protocol based services such as unified messaging, telephone portal, interactive voice and data response and calling card enhancement services. Network services include internet protocol-based voice and fax services, network transmission services and toll-free services. Customer care services consist of the state-of-the-art calling center which provides 24 hours a day, seven days a week, customer service in 12 languages. Retail services include domestic long-distance and internet service provider business.
