ACT Teleconferencing, Inc.. The Group's principal activity is to provide high quality audio, video, data and Internet based conferencing services to businesses and organizations worldwide. They enable the clients to conduct electronic meetings by linking multiple participants in geographical dispersed locations. The Group operates sales and service delivery centers in nine countries. These centers are installed with computer-managed telecommunications equipment known as bridges for audio conferencing and multi-point control units in the case of video conferencing. The Group operates in the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, France, Belgium, Germany, Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia and Canada. Major customers of the services are multinationals, banks, law firms, accounting firms, high tech companies and a variety of other businesses. Audio Services accounted for 73% of 2004 revenues and Video Services, 27%
