C-Phone Corporation. The activities of the Group include designing, manufacturing and marketing video conferencing systems. The company operates through digital networks and the products are marketed under several brand names such as C-Phone Home, C-Station, Sentinel, DS-324, DS-324/Pro and DS-324/AV. The company has foreign sales to a number of countries including Turkey, South Africa, Japan, France, Korea, Mexico, Canada, Spain, Israel and Slovenia. Exports accounted for 23.5% of the total revenues in fiscal 2000. Video conferencing systems accounted for 96% of fiscal 2000 revenues and software development and other, 4%.
