During July 2000, the Company purchased substantially all of the assets of ClearOne, Inc., Exports accounted for 12% of fiscal 2000 revenues. Teleconferencing products accounted for 56% of fiscal 2000 revenues; broadcasting products, 23%; teleconferencing services, 19% and others, 2%.
