The Group's Internet-based communications solution consists of a managed global network, proprietary GRICtraveler server software and customizable GRIC client software, settlement services and the GRIC Alliance. GRIC Alliance enables customers to share their global communications network. The Group provides settlement services to customers whose end users initiate Internet roaming services. The customers include telecommunications companies, Internet service providers, corporate enterprises and newly emerging communications service providers.
