The Group's services include the MFN Network Services, MFN Managed Services, MFN Internet Services and MFN Carrier Services. These services are provided to incumbent local exchange carriers, competitive local exchange carriers, interexchange companies, paging, cellular and PCS companies, cable companies, Internet service providers and web hosting and e-commerce companies. The Group has international operations in Europe and Japan. On 08-Feb-2001, the Group merged with SiteSmith, Inc. On 20-May-2002, the Group filed for reorganization under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code.
