The Company provides total solutions to customers voice, data and video solutions through design, integration, implementation and with the help of LAN(Local Area Network) and WAN( Wide Area Network). The trading systems facilitate non-blocking voice communication and provide additional features such as expanded access to telephone lines, trader mobility, built-in redundancy and the facility to upgrade the system through software changes. Information transport systems provide connectivity to a range of customer-owned devices. The company, through International Exchange Networks, Ltd., a subsidiary, operates an international voice and data network. The company's branches are spread over 24 countries including countries like Singapore, Japan, Germany, Canada, France, Thailand and Australia. The customers include mutual, hedge fund and insurance companies, investment and securities bankers, asset managers, merchant and commercial banks and foreign exchange and commodity dealers and brokers. The company acquired V-Band Corporation, Reuters Voice Systems and Saturn Global Network Services Holdings Limited during the year 1999. Product sales and installation revenues accounted for 53% of fiscal 1999 revenues and telecommunication services, 47%.
