The services include high-speed data and Internet service, using digital subscriber line technology, local exchange service and long distance service. The Group offers these services to client either as a bundled package or as individual services. These services are provided mainly to small and medium-based businesses in 29 second and third tier markets comprising 38 basic trading areas in the Northeastern and Midwestern United States. The Group's networks reach approximately 5.7 million business lines. As on 31-Dec-2003, the group provides service with 515,715 access lines, including 16,658 data lines. The Group offers these services to client either as a bundled package or as individual services.
