The telecommunication services include providing long distance telephone and calling card services under a variety of plans such as outbound service, inbound toll-free 800 service and dedicated private line service for data. Its internet services provide international PC-to-Phone telecommunication services, web page hosting and a variety of internet related services. The Group's BPO services are managed and operated by its subsidiary, Perfexa Solutions Inc. Its operations include call center management solutions, IT management solutions and business operation management solutions. The Group provides services to small and medium sized businesses and residential customers throughout the United States. Telecommunication Services accounted for 98% of Fiscal 2005 revenues and Business Process Outsourcing services 2%.
