IDT Corporation. The Group's principal activity is to provide a broad range of telecommunication services for retail and wholesale customers worldwide. The Group's telecommunications services, conducted by its subsidiary, IDT Telecom, Inc. consists of retail services, including prepaid and rechargeable calling cards and domestic long distance services, as well as wholesale carrier services. The Group offers retail long distance services to over 300,000 individual and business customers in the U.S. and worldwide. The Group plans to further expand their global telecommunications network infrastructure, in order to allow themselves to route a greater percentage of their international long distance traffic over owned lines. Retail telecommunications services accounted for 73% of fiscal 2002 revenues; Wholesale telecommunications services, 20%; Winstar, 5% and Media, 2%.
