These applications include broadcasting, news gathering, Internet access and transmission, private voice and data networks, business television, distance learning and direct-to-home television (DTH). A majority of the Group's transmission capacity services consist of video services. The Group generally offers transmission capacity services under long term contracts and also offers occasional use services for periods of up to a few hundred hours. The Group's customers include HBO, Disney, Cable & Wireless and United Pan Europe Communications. The Group operates in the United States, the Netherlands, Germany,China, the United Kingdom,Singapore & Taiwan.
