The Group operates in two divisions: Carrier networks and enterprise networks. The Carrier networks division provides global service providers a variety of data, voice, and Internet services. The enterprise networks division offers internetworking solutions to help the small-to-medium business implement reliable, high-speed voice, data, Internet, and video connectivity over diverse wide and local area networks. The major customers include AT&T Inc, Tech Data Corp, Embarq Corp, Verizon Communications Inc, Ingram Micro Inc, Walker and Associates Inc, Qwest Communications International & Windstream Communications. In Feb 2006, the Group acquired Resilient Packet Ring (RPR) and Metro Ethernet technologies from Luminous Networks. Carrier networks accounted for 75% of 2006 revenues and Enterprise Networks, 25%
