Allied Technologies Limited(ALTECH). The Group's principal activity is designing, developing, converging, manufacturing, installing and distributing telecommunications equipment, multi-media systems, IT solutions, electronic components, cellular telephony and industrial electronic products. The Group's operation are carried out through three divisions: Telecommunications and Wireless Communications, Multi-Media and Electronics, and Information Technology. The Telecommunications and Wireless Communications sells, distributes and services cellular network operators. This division also provides advanced fleet management systems for logistics management. The Multi-Media and Electronics designs and manufactures satellite and terrestrial digital set top decoders. This division also distributes a range of professional electronic components. The Information Technology operates as a telecommunications middleware and provides payment systems and solutions, secure solutions and smartcard technologies.
