International operations include wireline and wireless communication operations and investments. Information services include domestic and international publishing businesses and electronic commerce services. The Group operates the Americas and Europe. On March 4, 2005 the Group acquired Qwest Wireless LLC, it acquired April 13, 2005 NextWave Telecom Inc and May 11, 2005 Metro PCS Inc.
