The Group's principal activity is the operation of a mobile telecommunications network based upon the Global System of Mobile Communications (GSM) Standard in Israel. During 2004 the Group has launched UMTS third generation, or 3G, service. The Group offers an additional services including international dialling and roaming, voice mail, voice messaging, colour picture messaging, icon, ringtone and game downloads, information services, General Packet Radio Services (GPRS), personal numbering, data and fax transmission and other services. It also offers 24-hour customer service, as well as handset replacement services.
