SpectraLink Corporation. The Group's principal activities are to design, manufacture and sell workplace wireless telephone systems. These systems complement existing telephone systems by providing mobile communications in a building or campus environment. The Group's product portfolio consists of two categories differentiated by the wireless technology implemented: The Link Wireless Telephone SystemTM (Link WTS) and Net Link Wireless Telephones. The Link WTS uses a proprietary radio infrastructure in the 902-928 MHz radio band. The NetLink products operate over IEEE 802.11-compliant wireless local area networks in the 2400-2483 MHz frequency band using Internet Protocol (IP) technology. The Group sells its products through direct, distributor and original equipment manufacturers sales forces in the United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, Mexico, Europe and Asia-Pacific.
