The company's industrial products division designs and manufactures combat vehicles, diesel engines, material handling equipment and machine tools. The consumer products segment manufactures oral hygiene products, water and air purification systems and swimming pool and spa heaters. The company acquired material handling business of Kooi B.V. a Netherlands company and also acquired Stellram Group and Envases Commerciales. Aviation and electronics accounted for 39% of 1995 revenues; specialty metals, 34%; industrial products, 14% and consumer products, 13%.
