Company Description
Butler National Corporation. The Group's principal activities are carried out through five segments: Aircraft Modifications: includes the modification of customer and company owned business-size aircraft from passenger to freighter configuration, addition of aerial photography capability and stability enhancing modifications. Avionics: includes the manufacture, sale and service of airborne electronic switching units and transient suppression devices for fuel tank protection. Gaming: includes business management services and advances to Indian tribes. Monitoring services: includes the monitoring of water and wastewater remote pumping stations through electronic surveillance for municipalities and the private sector. Other Services: provides licensed architectural services through its subsidiary, BCS Design, Inc. The Group operates in the United States. Aircraft Modifications acctd for 50% of fiscal 2006 revs; Avionics, 19%; Monitoring Services, 8%; Gaming, 9% & Other, 14 %
