Northstar Aerospace Incorporated Formerly known as Derlan Industries Limited. The Group's principal activity is to manufacture components and assemblies for the commercial and military aerospace. The principal parts manufactured are helicopter transmissions, helicopter rotor heads and accessory gearboxes. The Group also carries out machining and fabrication services for a variety of aerospace applications. It also provides maintenance, repair and overhaul services primarily for helicopter transmissions, helicopter and turbo prop engines and inertial navigation systems. The products of the Group are marketed to the defense and commercial aerospace. During the year 2001, the Group discontinued the Pump operations. The Group's operations are carried out in Canada and the United States.
